DonauMorgen is a brand of Cristian Daniel Reyes Ortega, operating in Mexico. For anything related to your personal data, write to us at business@donaumorgen.com.

What data we collect

We collect only the bare minimum:

• Usage analytics (Google Analytics 4), only if you accept the measurement cookies in the banner.
• The data you share with us voluntarily when you contact us by email, WhatsApp or when booking a call (for example, your name, email and the message you write).

Purpose and legal basis

We use analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and to improve it; and your contact details to reply and follow up on your project. The legal basis is your consent: for cookies via the banner, and for contact when you write to us. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Cookies and measurement

We only use analytics cookies and they are opt-in: by default the site starts with consent denied (Google Consent Mode v2) and no measurement runs until you click “Accept” in the banner. You can reject them and the site works just the same. To revoke your choice, clear the site’s cookies and storage in your browser.

Third-party services

We rely on these services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics — aggregate usage metrics, only with your consent.
• Microsoft Bookings — to schedule calls, when you choose to book.
• WhatsApp — if you decide to message us there.

Your rights

In Mexico you have ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection) and, if you write from the European Union, the equivalent GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability). To exercise them, write to us at business@donaumorgen.com and we will handle your request.
